EXPERIENCES & PRACTICES
Wild
Foraging
There is medicine and nourishment all around us. At the Way of the Wild, join certified foragers as we collect herbs, flowers and plants to make natural remedies and essences.
While we explore, we will also forage for wild mushrooms - in the heart of Morel mushroom season! Yes… Morels!
The plants and mushrooms we forage, along with local bounty from the land will provide meals and nourishment during our gathering!
Musical Medicine
Bring your hand drums and djembes! Bring your guitars and flutes! Bring your voices and songs! Join us in community around the fire as we sing and dance to songs new and old.
There will be laughter, drumming, singing, stories, poetry, astrology, and community as we celebrate under the stars together.
Breathe.
Move. Feel.
Come breathe with us! Participate in guided meditation practices, bioenergetics and breathwork from certified breathwork practitioners and experienced facilitators.
We’ll incorporate these somatic, mind-body practices into our gathering, while surrounded by the beauty of the wild!
Navigate the Night
Experience the mystery and significance of the dream world, as well as the wisdom and beauty of the stars!
Bring your recent dreams for interactive morning dream work sessions, and join us by the fire for astrological adventures and natal chart navigation.
Be Nourished By The Land
We have so much gratitude for the food, medicine and nourishment the land provides!
From wild foraged mushroom or nettle soups, ramp butters, and wild salads - to free range chicken and eggs, wild game and more grown or harvested thoughtfully and locally, we will share meals together, celebrate our connection to the Earth, and celebrate the abundance around us!
Sauna and Cold Plunge
Experience the benefits of fire and ice! Relax, unwind, and warm your soul in the sauna. Cool off and feel the exhilaration of the cold plunge.
Our friends from Howl at the Moon Sauna Co. will have their mobile sauna and cold plunge on site for another amazing way to connect with your body, community, and the wild!
