Hey there! I’m Jase. I help people to find authenticity, heal holistically, and thrive in today’s world. I work with men individually and in community to achieve their greatest potential, and I work with companies and entrepreneurs offering holistic, connected business consultations and solutions.

My work with men grew from my own desire for personal development and guidance. Several years ago, I started to explore holistic approaches to healing and personal development. I found healing in breathwork, bioenergetics, wilderness intensives and supportive community. I began studying trauma, personality patterns and holistic counseling to better understand myself, and to hold space for others. I became captivated by the study of healthy masculinity, initiation and our connection to the wild. As I integrated these learnings and practices into my life, I found mission and vitality.

From individual holistic guidance sessions - to leading men’s groups - I work with men to break through negative core beliefs and heal from past wounds while finding authenticity, vitality and mission. As a perpetual student of transformative healing practices, my work with men ranges from reflective listening, goal creation and accountability to somatic practices that integrate mind, body, emotion and spirit.

I am also a business professional, and I believe in the same connected approach to professional development and business consultations. I bring together my holistic approach to guidance with my degrees in marketing and strategic management, and over 20 years of professional experience in business leadership. From brand development and web presence to marketing plans and business strategy, I help companies to grow their business profitably while empowering clients to develop personally and professionally.

I am a loving husband and father of an amazing son and two lovely twin daughters. I am a hobby farmer, business professional, traveler, CrossFit enthusiast, nature lover and musician.
